REFLECTIONS

My experience learning Design Pinciple was often full of challenges and struggles. This journey was fraught with difficulties, and at times I felt exhausted and merely irritated when I had no any creative ideas. My efforts and the results frequently don't satisfy me. Yet, I'm still very happy that I had the opportunity to study Design Principle in the first semester. In addition to learning knowledge of Design Principle, I believed that I have also improved my drawing skills as well as the way to express my thoughts through artwork. Throughout these 14 weeks, I found out that Design Principle is not as easy as it seems and it is very challenging all the way. With all the feedbacks provided by Dr. Jinchi is very useful for me not only to help improve my work, but also a better understanding of some principles of design and some details that need attention. Overall, it was a great experience. I am very grateful to meet Dr. Jinchi for her comments and feedbacks which helped me see the flaws in my design.
